Qitronix / Evaluation

Scope the work. Define the evidence.

Start with one question, the information it needs, and a result you could meaningfully examine. Prepare a non-confidential brief for advisory work, a potential evaluation, or a protected delivery discussion.

01 / An illustrative evaluation

Can a team trace a decision back to its sources?

A fictional organization wants help comparing project notes without losing the source, uncertainty, or responsibility for a decision. This is a proposed way to frame an evaluation, not a case study of a deployed service.

A bounded organizational-knowledge example
DefineExample scope
Permitted inputsA small, explicitly approved set of non-confidential project notes, including conflicting accounts and known omissions.
Intended outputA source-linked summary that separates observations, interpretations, missing information, and decisions already made.
Decision ownerThe organization's designated project lead. A proposed summary cannot approve spending, contact people, or change a source record.
Useful evidenceCompare source coverage, unsupported claims, handling of contradictions, and usefulness against a manually reviewed reference for the same task.
Failure conditionsA fabricated citation, concealed disagreement, exposure of excluded information, or an action outside the agreed scope returns the work for review.
Expansion decisionAgree on what the bounded findings support before adding material, connecting tools, or proposing another use.

02 / Prepare a discussion

Write the question before choosing a solution.

This form creates a text file on your device. It does not send an inquiry, store your answers, accept a project, or create a workspace. Keep confidential information and personal assessment data out of the brief.

Final pricing depends on agreed scope and available capabilities. Commercial fees and scoped quotes require sign-in ↗. Checkout is not active.

Qitronix’s proposed default is hosted, licensed access with its core retained in a controlled service. Dedicated or customer-hosted delivery needs a separate scope and readiness review. Read the delivery, protection, and engagement process after sign-in.

03 / Contact and next steps

Bring the question into a scoped conversation.

Use the existing Stardyne support contact for an initial routing request. Ask for the appropriate commercial or research contact before sharing restricted materials.

Start the inquiry

Email support@stardyne.co with your organization or project, a brief non-confidential question, and the type of discussion you are seeking. You can attach your downloaded brief after checking its contents.

What needs agreement

  1. Fit and availability

Confirm whether the question fits the research and whether an engagement is available.

  2. Scope and handling

Agree on inputs, access, decision ownership, evaluation criteria, and information handling before transferring confidential data.

  3. Written terms and review

Set responsibilities, milestones, fees, license rights, confidentiality, data handling, and acceptance terms. Discuss the findings before any expansion. Operational access additionally requires verified deployment readiness and an explicit release decision.
