Navigate with a keyboard

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls. The first link skips the repeated navigation and moves to the page content. Enter activates links. Enter or Space opens the mobile menu, practical questions, and participant-stage explanations.

In a tab group, use the arrow keys to move between choices. On narrow screens, the research directory provides a labeled selection control. A visible focus outline indicates the current control.

Read at your own size and pace

Use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings. The layout adapts to narrow screens, and wide comparison tables can scroll within their own region. The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.

Headings, landmarks, lists, and labeled form controls provide structure for assistive technology. Decorative illustrations and symbols do not carry essential instructions.

Choose a report format

The HTML Cryptogram provides text, expandable evidence, and the fictional reflection preview. The downloadable PDF includes tagged headings, bookmarks, the complete four-week plan, and a written-reflection worksheet. Both describe the same fictional example.

The HTML Cipher continues the example with pressure and recovery, phase interpretation, and development priorities. Open the explanation of Clarify and the other pathway states to explore its keyboard-accessible tabs. Use its Print / save as PDF control for a reading copy. PDF structure depends on your browser and print settings; use the HTML edition to explore the interactive explanations.

Use the HTML editions if your PDF reader does not expose the document structure or if you prefer browser zoom and navigation.
