A predictable RIS fee
Your one-time RIS fee stays between $47 and $247. Paying more does not change the report or your standing.

Use your own weekly take-home income after taxes and necessary business expenses, before personal living expenses. For irregular income, use the average of the last four completed weeks. Enter zero when there is no positive net income. The fee is charged once, with a $47 minimum and $247 maximum. Assistance can be requested before purchase. This estimate does not require uploading bank statements or tax records.

CHA ($147), RIS ($47–$247), and the X + M bundle ($197) total $391–$591. Adding one $197 phase brings the total to $588–$788; at the $297 phase rate, it is $688–$888. These examples assume separate purchases, before any tax or approved assistance.
Full self-guided X27 brings that pathway total to $1,388–$1,588. A cohort or mentoring quote must identify any included curriculum and prerequisite credits. You only enroll in the next eligible, available step; the entire path is not charged upfront.
Before you pay
- See the full price, required prerequisites, any applicable tax, payment dates, access period, included support, and refund terms before agreeing to pay.
- Assessment, challenge, and Academy curriculum prices are one-time charges. The Research Library is an optional subscription and is not required for training.
- Eligibility and curriculum availability are checked before payment. Unfinished future manuals are not sold as delivered content. Payment does not guarantee completion or advancement.
- Credit the amount already paid for the same curriculum toward its bundle or full-path upgrade, up to the new curriculum price. Show the credit before payment; a credit does not pay for a separate coaching service.
- A cohort or mentoring agreement must name its facilitator, start and end dates, session count and length, group size where relevant, feedback allowance, response time, access period, and allocation of the price before payment.
- Existing paid agreements keep their agreed price and terms. This schedule applies to new offers; no automatic migration or extra charge is made.
Cancellation and refunds
Digital assessments and curriculum
Request a full refund within 14 days of first delivery or access. Cancel before delivery for a full refund. Missing or materially incorrect delivery can be reported for correction or refund. Refunded access ends; approved refunds cancel any remaining installments for that order.
Cohorts and mentoring
Cancel before the agreed program begins for a full refund. After it begins, cancel future services and receive a refund for undelivered sessions or work using the allocation stated in the agreement. No undisclosed cancellation fee.
Research Library
Choose $19 billed monthly or $97 billed annually. Renewal requires explicit consent. Cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal; access continues through the paid period. The initial purchase has a 14-day full-refund window. Renewal amount and date must be shown before consent, with advance notice of a price change.
Contact the support route in your order confirmation or ask for help. Include the order reference and the service involved; do not send financial records. Your order must provide a working cancellation route before a subscription can begin.
